1. General

1.1. Purpose

1.1.1. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules and restrictions that apply to all access to and use of Retrip’s websites, platforms, APIs, SaaS tools and agentic AI infrastructure (collectively, the “Services”).

1.1.2.This Policy is intended to protect Retrip, its customers, end-users, partners, and infrastructure from misuse, abuse, and illegal activities.

1.2. Relationship with Other Terms

1.2.1. This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into Retrip’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1.2.2. In case of conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

1.3. Acceptance

1.3.1. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1.3.2. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Definitions

2.1. “Retrip”, “we”, “us”, “our”

2.1.1. Retrip refers to the entity providing the Services, as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

2.2. “Customer”, “you”, “your”

2.2.1. “Customer” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services, whether directly or through authorized users.

2.3. “Services”

2.3.1. “Services” means Retrip’s websites, platforms, APIs, SaaS tools, agentic AI infrastructure, and any related products, features, documentation, or support.

2.4. “Agents”

2.4.1. “Agents” means Retrip’s policy-aware, AI-powered agents that connect to travel systems, understand business rules, and execute operational workflows.

2.5. “Free-Tier” or “Trial”

2.5.1. “Free-Tier” or “Trial” means any limited, promotional, or non-paid access to the Services provided at Retrip’s discretion.

3. Scope of this Policy

3.1. Applicability

3.1.1. This Policy applies to all use of the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Interactive use of any web interface or dashboard.

  • API calls, webhooks, and programmatic access.

  • Use of agents embedded in customer workflows or systems.

3.2. Third-Party Content and End-Users

3.2.1. You are responsible for ensuring that your employees, contractors, customers, and end-users comply with this Policy.

3.2.2. Any violation of this Policy by an end-user or third party using your account or credentials will be deemed a violation by you.

4. Prohibited Uses

4.1. Illegal or Unlawful Activities

4.1.1. You must not use the Services for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4.1.2. Prohibited examples include, without limitation:

  • Supporting or facilitating fraud, scams, or deceptive commercial practices.

  • Processing or distributing stolen, misappropriated, or illegally obtained data.

  • Laundering money or facilitating financial crime.

  • Violating consumer protection, travel, aviation, or insurance regulations.

4.2. Fraud, Scams, and Misleading Practices

4.2.1. You must not build or operate agents or bots that:

  • Sell, promote, or support fraudulent travel products or services.

  • Misrepresent prices, availability, or terms with intent to deceive.

  • Simulate official communications (airlines, insurers, government entities) without valid authorization.

4.3. High-Risk and Prohibited Content Domains

4.3.1. You must not use the Services to create, automate, or operate workflows that primarily focus on:

  • Adult or sexually explicit services.

  • Gambling, betting, or illegal gaming.

  • Extremist, violent, or terrorist activities.

  • Activities penalized by law or regulatory authorities.

4.4. Harmful, Abusive, or Hateful Content

4.4.1. You must not use the Services to generate, distribute, or amplify:

  • Content that incites violence or harassment against individuals or groups.

  • Content that is unlawfully discriminatory, defamatory, or hateful.

4.5. Misuse of AI Agents

4.5.1. You must not:

  • Bypass or attempt to disable agentic safety, policy, or audit mechanisms.

  • Use the Services to train or build directly competing agentic infrastructure using Retrip outputs, models, or system behavior.

  • Intentionally prompt agents to ignore customer policies, SLAs, or regulatory obligations.

4.6. Unauthorized Impersonation

4.6.1. You must not use the Services to impersonate any person, company, airline, insurer, or authority without proper authorization.

4.6.2. You must not mislead end-users into believing that Retrip is a party to a transaction when it is not.

5. Fair Use and Free-Tier Limits

5.1. Fair Use

5.1.1. All use of the Services, including paid and free access, is subject to fair use.

5.1.2. You must not design or run workloads that are primarily intended to:

  • Stress, load-test, or benchmark the platform without prior written consent.

  • Circumvent technical limits, quotas, metering, or pricing.

5.2. Free-Tier and Trial Abuse

5.2.1. When using any Free-Tier or trial access, you must not:

  • Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or duration.

  • Register fictitious or automated accounts to extend free usage.

  • Share access with third parties who would otherwise have to contract directly with Retrip.

5.2.2. Retrip may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate Free-Tier or trial access if it believes such access is being abused.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Compliance with Laws

6.1.1. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services, and any workflows built on top of them, comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

6.2. Accuracy and Human Oversight

6.2.1. You remain responsible for verifying critical outputs (e.g., prices, rules, penalties, deadlines, and customer communications) before final confirmation, where your internal policies or local regulations require human oversight.

6.3. Credentials and Access Management

6.3.1. You must keep API keys, passwords, and access tokens secure and confidential.

6.3.2. You must promptly revoke or update credentials if you suspect any unauthorized access.

7. Security and System Integrity

7.1. Security Violations

7.1.1. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, accounts, or systems.

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without prior written consent.

  • Attempt to circumvent authentication, authorization, or logging mechanisms.

7.2. Interference with Operations

7.2.1. You must not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including via excessive or malformed traffic, denial-of-service attempts, or abusive usage patterns.

  • Inject malicious code, malware, or any content designed to compromise systems or data.

8. Monitoring, Enforcement and Suspension

8.1. Monitoring

8.1.1. Retrip may monitor usage of the Services, in compliance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy, to detect abuse, security incidents, and violations of this Policy.

8.2. Enforcement

8.2.1. If Retrip reasonably believes that you or your end-users have violated this Policy, Retrip may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing a warning or requesting corrective action.

  • Rate-limiting or restricting certain features or endpoints.

  • Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating access to the Services.

8.3. Cooperation with Authorities

8.3.1. Where required by law, Retrip may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, or other competent authorities, which may include preserving or disclosing information related to alleged misuse.

9.1. Updates

9.1.1. Retrip may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the latest revision.

9.1.2. Your continued use of the Services after any change to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
